I've been having some sleeping troubles lately. I messed up my sleeping pattern last week and haven't been able to get back into my sleeping groove again so I'm forcing myself to stay awake long enough to "reset" my internal clock. I've been up for nearly 24 hours now (it's about 7:30pm) and I don't plan on going to bed until 9:00pm. By doing this I'll be getting into a day schedule, whenever I do this I slowly work back into a night schedule and then settle into that. -__- sooooooo tired.
